This website provides company and program information, course-experience enquiries, the Android release APK and the Guixin Diary web tool. Program schedules, fees, places, service arrangements and refund rules are subject to the formal information separately agreed by the parties.

2. Intellectual property

All content provided on this website—including text, images, tools and course content—is owned by or lawfully licensed to Shenzhen Guixin Zhihe Management Consulting Co., Ltd. It may not be reproduced, republished or used commercially without written authorisation.

3. Guixin Diary

Guixin Diary is a digital tool that supports self-awareness. It is not psychological counselling, psychotherapy or medical care. Users are responsible for safeguarding their local entries. The platform cannot recover data lost because browser data was cleared, a device was changed or the local environment changed.

4. User responsibilities

Users should provide genuine, valid contact details in the enquiry form so that we can respond. Users must not use the website for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation or infringe the lawful rights of others.

5. Minors

The products, tools, activities and enquiry services provided through this website are intended only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not provide services to minors. Minors must not submit an enquiry, download or use Guixin Diary, or register for related programs or activities. If we discover that a minor is using a relevant service, we will discontinue the service and, after verification, delete the minor’s personal information as required by law.

6. APK download and installation

Download the Android installation package only from www.navi-agape.com. The Android app is currently available in Simplified Chinese only. The current file is the signed Guixin Diary v1.0 Release APK (versionCode 1), named “Guixin-Diary-Android-v1.0.apk”, with SHA-256 09130DB48DCDAD0ABED1A3F295F9D7CCA860D98FDC0C6E6DDED7890F7AA754AF. Because the package is installed directly from the website, Android may ask you to allow installation from an unknown source. Confirm the domain, filename and checksum before installing it.

7. Changes to these terms

To the extent permitted by law, the company may amend these terms. Revised terms will be published on this page and take effect on the stated publication date.
